I have to emphatically disagree with the previous review disparaging quality and service of Zulu, based largely on rumor, not personal experience. I love my Zulu AND the service! Last summer, on the way back from OSH, two almost new Duracell batteries in the Zulu leaked, damaging the controls. I called Lightspeed to get and RMA for repairs and they advised that if I just sent it in they would repair it and return it ASAP without charge, even though it was long past the warranty period -- and obviously it wasn\'t their fault the batteries leaked. It was back in a week, good as new, no charge. That\'s what I call great service!
I also have a Bose X, which is also a fine headset, but to put down the Zulu for alleged lack of quality and service is ridiculous.
