| The fastest way to get hold of us is to use our LiveChat service which is available during business hours from 9am - 6pm (Mountain Time) weekdays. This service is manned by real pilots who are familiar with all the products in our inventory.
On every page in the right top hand corner you will see this image. Simply click it and it will launch a chat window. When you start a livechat, customer service receives an audio alert, so you can expect an answer within 30 - 60 seconds.
When we are not available (outside normal business hours) the following image appears. You can still use the livechat feature to leave us a message. Livechat is the first application we look at when we open in the morning.

Why don't we display our phone number?
Our toll free number is provided by order confirmation email to all customers when they order for the first and subsequent times and by LiveChat or email when necessary to help potential customers finalize their orders.
Pilotshop.com is in the business of retailing pilot supplies "online" at discount prices. As a consequence our margins are extremely low compared to traditional pilot shops.
Customer Service is extremely important to us and we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. This, unfortunately, is not compatible with taking orders over the phone, which takes up valuable human resources when our website currently offers an easy to use ordering system.
