30 Day Return Policy
Call Pilotshop.com customer service for RMA Number before returning any product.
Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days from date of purchase if received in resaleable condition-packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all components (if applicable). A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reason for return must accompany the article.
Do not mail purchase information in letter form under separate cover. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable to all merchandise returned to cover costs involved in processing the return. Do not return any products C.O.D. as it cannot be accepted by our warehouse. All returns must be made to Pilotshop.com West in Corona, CA. Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. books, dvd's, videos, special order items etc). Call, email or chat first for return authorization and instructions.
With the above conditions in mind, PilotShop.com, at its sole discretion, determines whether to accept, refuse or apply a restocking fee to a return.
The following item categories have additional restrictions.
Non-perishable Books and Publications
Publications having a perishable edition, such as subscriptions, charts or periodicals may not be returned.
Software and Videos
Software and videos must be unopened. A customer experiencing difficulties with software or audio video publications should contact the manufacturer's support-help department. In the event that the item is defective, upon confirmation by the manufacturer and testing, then the item will be exchanged.
Items which are packaged in such a way that it is not possible to determine if the item is in new condition may not be accepted for return. For example, items such as sprays, hygiene products, cleaning products or items only used once by design or in practice may not be returned.
Items are covered by whatever warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Pilotshop.com is not responsible for product defects.
Goods received damaged
Items are shipped from PilotShop.com in new condition. Hence, any damage is the result of shipping.
