If you find a competitor that is advertising a lower price, then simply let us know about it. We will adjust the price of the item you are buying to match our competitor's price and still offer you Free Shipping*.

So, to start to benefit from our Price Matching policy, simply follow these steps:
- Find a competitor's price that is lower than PilotShop.com's advertised price for any given item;
- Tell us when you order, by adding a comment during the checkout procedure, which competitor and what price you would like us to match.
Voila! It's that simple.
- The customer is presumed to have already researched and found the lowest available price and will be required to provide this information. The price needs to be verifiable online for at least 24 hours after the order has been placed.
- Prices that qualify for price matching are those offered by official dealers/distributors on items sold as new, unopened and with full warranty. Check with the manufacturer directly if you are unsure. Prices found on Ebay or similar auction/market places do not qualify for Price Matching, as it is often impossible to determine what condition the items are in and whether or not they are saleable as new.
