Reviews

What I use it for is a coating on the bottom of my rc racing boat. I mix it into automotive clear coat and spray it on the surface of the boat to help it slide across the water easier. I sand it with fine sandpaper after it’s cured out. Works great.

Q: Is the graphite powder colorless? Can it be mixed with a automotive clear coat and sprayed from a paint gun?

The graphite powder is black in color. It is a very fine filler, and is added to epoxies and resin to create a slurry to fill pin holes on composite surfaces.

Q: What is the particle mesh size of West Systems graphite powder? I am looking for graphite lubricant powder but there are variable grain sizes based on the mesh used to filter it and cannot find that info.

This will have a 325 mesh. Our supplier has not used this as a lubricant but they do not see any issues with that.
