Does what it’s suppose to. The outer holes are threaded, and comes with 4 screws. It’s pretty thick, and would support any instrument. I used it to mount a EI usb charger in a larger hole.
Fits the bill. Clean cuts, good quality anodized finish.
Good way to put in newer lighter 2-1/4 instruments such as the Belite Turn Coordinator into a 3 1/8 mount. Good quality machined part.

The FS-450 is a 2-1/4" instrument so the 3-1/8" TO 2-1/4" Adapter plate, part# 10-01051 will work.
No, the A-102 does not come with the mounting hardware.
The A-103 adapter is specific to the UGB-16 unit.
We would recommend looking at part # 10-00010.
You would typically use brass 6-32 screws, but all panels are different so we could not give you an exact length.
