Q: Would this Tach work with spark plug wire wrap type impulse sensors on a Rotax 912 ULS? (The Rotax' Tach Lighting Coil has malfunctioned)

No, this tach will not work on a Rotax 912. The range of this tach does not even reach the speed of the Rotax engine. I think what you're asking about is the tiny tach, part number 10-04182.

Per the installation manual the supply voltage is +10 to +28 Volts DC, Hourmeter output +12V @ 20ma max.

Q: Can 2 of these tachometers be used with one pickup? My installation would have a tach mounted in the front and rear cockpit of a biplane and I would like to confirm that they can share the same signal.

Yes, this will work with one pickup. You will need a dual harness sending unit. It will be special order based on length.
