I installed on a Slick mag for use with a MGL rpm-1 tachometer. Simple installation and works flawlessly. Just make sure you install it in the correct vent port - there are two per mag. I had to rotate my mag to gain access and then re-time it when I was done.

Yes, the MGL tach sensor (11-08334) will work with the MGL E1 (11-05578).

No, it will not.

Q: Will this connect to the Enigma engine tach input directly or do I need to connect thru an RDAC?

Per the installation manual, it would require to be wired into the RDAC. Please review the manual for further installation requirements.
