The packaging for the carburetor was excellent, No damage on arrival. After removing the carburetor its appearance was like a brand new model. After installation the engine fired up after just 3 blades and ran perfect. The mixture and throttle worked perfectly. This overhauled unit was a great purchase.

I recently bought an RV6, and the previous owner had told me about a dead spot in the carburetor. Sure enough it was there and tried a bunch of different things to resolve it. My mechanic told me where the problem probably was in the carburetor and a newer one should solve it. I have a 0 320 A3B 150hp narrow deck and guys on the vans site were saying to replace it with a 5135. This carburetor was a better gasser then others and work great with the high air flow intake on the RV. This carburetor made all the difference in the world on how my engine ran and that dead spot went away. This was a great upgrade and this carburetor was pre-tested and arrived in like new condition. Only adjustments were made to the mixture and idle screw. There was a little bit of an issue receiving credit for the core, although the product support manager stepped in and all issues were resolved and they got the core credit to me. Totally happy with this carburetor and with the support that Spruce gave me. For future reference people should contact Spruce to make sure their core is exceptable before making final purchase.
