Easy install, solid indication. I like the mechanical sender better than my old electric pickup.

The person selling the gauge did not know the length of the tube going to the engine or the size that screws into the engine or how to get the info.

Q: What sender do you use to send the oil temperature to Mitchell oil temp gauge P/N 10-02714? Unit is for Lyc 0-235 5/8-18 thread.

You can use part number 10-25175 which is a Mitchell sender for Lyc engine 5/8 thread.

No, these are not FAA Approved.

This is a 2-1/4 inch instrument.

Per the Manufacturer, this gauge only comes with the adapter.

You can use part number 10-25015 which is a Mitchell sender.

This does not include the sending unit. You will need to purchase everything separately.
