Q: Please give the details of following part number. Did they have pilot and copilot both assembly or just one? Part number 05-21834

They are the same part number pilot and co-pilot. You would just flip the assembly over to mount it on the co-pilot side.

Q: Do they come two to a set or is it priced per seat?

These come priced and sold per seat.

Q: Are both sides of the lap belt adjustable?

No only the connector side is adjustable.

Q: Are these belts Pmad or STCd?

Yes, these are FAA Approved belts.
