Cotter pins are much better than what can be purchased at automotive stores. Also are a lot less expensive. Wind up using cotter keys on things other than the airplane. Ran out of 1/8, which is the most popular.

Was pleased with the products I have ordered so far. However, I called today to check the price of another part and was not pleased with your customer support. The lady was rude and could not give even an estimated price on a couple of Cessna 150cables. Was very disappointed with this call.

The cotter pins were not in the package. I called to let you know and was told they would be sent out. I still haven’t received them.
