These aluminum cooling louvers are custom made and designed to improve the cooling of your engine compartment on your experimental aircraft. They are simple to install, and will dramatically lower your CHT temps, as well as your oil temperature.
The standard size of the aluminum plate is 12” long and 5” wide, and the outside flange can be trimmed to fit your application. There are a total of 9 louver slots which aid in cooling.

Very high quality item. These are made from a soft grade aluminum to avoid cracking. Not sure what previous poster is talking about, but I have used about 10 of these over the past 5 years and they have always been excellent quality and easy to install.
Ive used a bunch of these louvers. They work great and are very high quality.
These are cheaply made. Every louver has cracks from stamping. I probably will not use. I am going to make some from scratch.

These are made of 5052 soft grade non-structural aluminum.
They are 3" wide and 13/16" deep.
