POLY-FIBER ANTI-CHAFE TAPE 1"X60 YD
good works well works better than some duck tape
POLY-FIBER ANTI-CHAFE TAPE 1"X60 YD
installed tape on a wing. Came back the next day and found it on the floor. Then I put a coat of poly brush on the airframe hoping it would stick better. The next day found it on the floor again. I applied tape again and then covered with a coat of poly brush over tape. this is working better, but still curling up in some places. The adhesive on this tape is not very good.

Just what I ordered
always purchase new tape when building as the glue can dry over time and not stick as well , this new tape applies well and is good stuff . . . .

Tape is just fine.

I bought this tape to use on a skin-on-frame kayak. The intention was to put the tape on some of the abrupt corners and edges, so that the cloth/skin does not chafe on the wood frame. I found that the adhesive is not very good -- its barely sticks to the varnished wood that I was applying it to. I had to use spray-on adhesive in order to get it to stick sufficiently. The adhesive on this tape probably sticks better to metal, I would imagine. I think this will do the trick for my application, but beyond that, I think this tape has only marginal utility.
