Yes, the Insight Gem uses a type K grounded probe.

The clamp included is 1.56"-2.5". A 3.5" clamp can be ordered separately.

Q: How long are the wires on 11-01023 CHT probe? If I need longer what kind of wire should I use?

The wires are about 1ft long. To extend the leads, you will need type k thermocouple wire.

Q: Are the Universal type-K CHT probes compatible with JPI EDM-700?

JPI recommends using their probes on their engine monitors.
