Q: I am looking for both shouldered and flat washers (non-conductive) for use with standard 1/4 panel mount stereo headphone jack. Will these washers work?

Yes, you will use the shoulder washer (04-00976) behind the panel with the ridge facing towards the front of the panel. The flat washer (04-00975) goes in the front of the panel. No part of the jack should touch the panel.

Q: Are the insulated washers used on both the mic jack and the headphone jack, or the mic only?

Both the mic and headphone jacks should have insulating washers on both sides of the panel.

Q: What size hole do these jack washers fit?

The dims are 1/32" x 5/8" OD x 3/8" ID.
